God, i wish davis would of stayed at MSU for another season. I think it would of really improved his draft stock and his game and helped with the turnover at state.

i dont get what the hold up is for the twolves.

I mean- the chances that Dunn or Lavine become better players than Butler are miniscule. Butler gives you the defense that you desperately need along with some scoring and veteran leadership- but still young enough to grow.

Zach LaVine is a sideshow- not a starter on a championship contender. no freaking way. Who knows on Dunn. Hes a rookie.

Jimmy Butler is 26 and signed to a great long term deal and is an all star who has been the best player on a team that has won a playoff series. This is a no brainer.

Butler was developed into the player he is no one saw butler being as good as he is. Maybe thibs sees something that in LaVine that he saw in butler when he developed him.
