Its not serious or anything. He said something like "When I was in Texas I was just dropped into Jon Daniel's sandbox" or something like that. He also said that when he was hired, him coming into the organization wasn't handled properly by the front office.

I read that yesterday and there was really nothing to it. He added something like it was not fair to JD or him because JD had his group all put together and out of the blue Nolan was thrown into the mix and made things awkward.

Probably won't start the season with the club, but they won't need a fifth starter until April 8th, so they could have him pitch another minor league game to build up stamina, carry another reliever or bench player and have him start that game.

Finally, some good starts out of our starters. I am anxious to see Scheppers tomorrow. For some reason I just can't see him as a successful starter. I think I'd rather have Ogando in the rotation with Scheppers in the pen. If he earns it he earns it though. Ross seems to have done just that.
