Very strict in Illinois and people with "pain" wont be able to get it. You have to have a certain disease and much more criteria to be able to get a card.

It's cheaper and easier to get without a card anyway. Heck there is 12 houses on my street and 4 sell.

It might be more expensive in the beginning but Medical always winds up being cheaper than your street prices and it would be MUCH EASIER to get with a card then it is without a card haha. Plus I would rather spend a little but more money on good quality bud then I would on your average bud grown locally. Nothing is better then medical bud and you could bet it will be just as good as it is in Cali.

Was in Tahiti in 2000 & 2002, got blown away when I saw school kids smoking grass in front of a French cop. It's legal for the locals to smoke, but illegal for them to sell. I had quit a couple yrs prior to those trips. But thought that place was heaven. Until I got on a bus ( which was the most practical way to get around). The driver proceeded to close the door, and fire up a joint( don't know how many he had prior to us boarding). Made for the most interesting bus ride. He turned a 2 mile trip into a trip around the entire Island. Driving like banchi the whole way. I think my ex actually peed herself. I really didn't like our chances that night either.
I guess my point is . Even though I used to enjoy the fruits of pot. And think it should be legalized. I think it has to be regulated somehow.
