Dude could never stay on the field because of any number of injuries..every damn season....and he was never that good a hitter while w/ the Mets. That SOB spent more time on the DL than he did in the lineup for as long as he was here. Now he's suddenly playing everyday..and hitting like it's going out of style.

I'm of the belief that it's got more to do with the Mets training/medical staff +/or strength & conditioning crew.

Every year it seems this team has way more injuries and minor league rehab stints to key roster personnel than most other teams...and it's at all positions...up & down the lineup...all year long.

I'm really pissed about the Jed Lowrie and Brandon Nimmo situations.
