Nodl 50-50 for Monday

Apparently to a puck off his toe last game and is questionable for Monday. x-ray negative. Hopefully nothing serious as this team is playing like a team.

Yep he's definitely playing better this time around but could this be the window that JVR needs to slide back in? I actually love the fact that this team has some quality depth where if you play bad your out...and the team doesn't suffer one bit!

i love the fact that theres so much competition within the team. makes for the entire team playing better.
as for jvr and nodl, i like nodl in the lineup right now over jvr. nodl is playing on top of his game and is defensively so responsible. i think jvr needs to be sent to the phantoms not because he belongs in the ahl, but because it will do more for his development than rotting on the bench in the nhl.

I hear ya woot and maybe they'll eventually send him down but Carcillo looked hurt today so Nodl may get in and JVR may just stay put. I hope they both play well if this is the case.

Thats exactly what I have heard that Nodl is back tonight but Jvr stays as Carcillo is going to be out about 2 weeks.

Too bad for Danny he's had a rough start to the season. Good thing the Flyers have built up some NHL caliber depth....heck even Wellwood didn't look that bad.

He had a quiet 11 plus minutes last night. 3 sog's and was even, so I'd say aside from scoring, he's getting back in stride just fine.
