I just think back to the Sun Bowl against Miami. Temps were hovering around freezing and the entire Miami team were dressed like eskimos. They wanted no part of it.

That said, it gets plenty cold In Tallahassee in the winter.

i remember the days when the vikings played outdoors. the rams never could win there. that said weather conditions can still be a wildcard. i expect wimbush and the irish to play well, however.

not sure if there are some disclosure rules in college or not. i'd have probably waited too.

they play fairly similar anyway. book just makes fewer errors, and might run a little less.
