Dodgers need to take advantage of Lester's fear of holding runners.
Tough night, but the Dodgers best coming up in the bottom of the night - one run is all they need to put the game away- Normally I am nervous about a 1 one only game

Dear god man. That pitch is at your face right after your teammate got hit. Calm down

The Cubs might win this low scoring game

But they have absolutely no shot of winning this series unless they start having good ABs

This is the 6th of 7 games so far where the offense is beyond embarrassing

Contreras looks like he's getting paid off. Wow was that sad

Okay fair enough, you think it's a dumb rule, I get that. Nevertheless it's still a rule and the umps have to abide by that rule. Maddon can bitch and moan all he wants, but that rule will stand until MLB changes it.
It doesn't matter anyway because it was merely an insurance run. It gave the Dodgers a 4-2 lead and would ended with 4-2 without it. Madden knew the Dodgers had whipped his ass and he was trying to get his players fired up.

Pretty remarkable the plate discipline Puig has had this post season

Especially when you watch some of these other guys flail at everything

Surprised Puig isn't initiating his own curtain call after that brilliant dive into second...

The announcers mentioned it in the DS and I never thought about it before but Puig is kind of like a basketball player. If he starts off well then he stays more focused and keeps playing well, like a b-ball player sinking their first shot and staying hot. He killed AZ in the first series and its carrying over to this one.

A lot of players probably work that way but with Puig it seems more drastic. Reminds me of Gerald Green or JR Smith in the NBA.
