Let's just hope the nats or braves don't win this division because we all know what they will do in the playoffs. The phillies and mets have better track records and can make a run with the likes of the dodgers, dbacks, and cubs.
Literally the only 2 people on this Braves team that were on the last Braves Playoff team are Freddie Freeman and Julio Teheran. We've completely tore the Franchise down and rebuilt.Let's just hope the nats or braves don't win this division because we all know what they will do in the playoffs. The phillies and mets have better track records and can make a run with the likes of the dodgers, dbacks, and cubs.
I like that you think this matters, especially when the majority of those Phillies that were on the 07-11 teams are no longer on the roster and the Mets are 14.5 games out of a WC position.
History is very strong in MLB.
With the Bour trade, the Phillies now have 4 of the top 10 in the NL in walks (Santana, Hernandez, Bour and Hoskins). Hard to believe it was only a few years ago that they had a GM who was oblivious to the value of walks.
