We could potentially see some really crazy shit in the NL.

Cubs and Brewers could tie for the Central

Dodgers and Rockies could tie for the West with a potential 3 way tie with the Cards in record

That'd mean Dodgers vd Rockies for the West with the loser playing STL for the last wild card and the Cubs vs the Brewers for the Central with the winner getting home field all through the playoffs but the loser having yo eait just to see who they play in the wildcard

All very possible

Wow,I actually think the Brewers are gonna win the division and the Cubs play the WC game. Brewers play the Tigers in their final 3 while the Cubs will be playing a Cardinals team fighting for their lives.
Wow. You actually think a team that is only half a game back, is on a current win streak, and ends the season against a trash team is going to win the division over another team that is on a losing streak and finishes the season against a playoff contender? Wow. So brave of you.

Its shocking to me because I thought the Brewers had Zero chance a few weeks ago. Not because of remaining schedules,.

Ain't gonna happen because the Cardinals laid an egg at home and got swept by the Brewers.

They had chances in those games...just couldn't get it done...that's how the ball bounces some times

I thought the Cards hit well tonight. The balls just found gloves.

Brewers are playing better baseball anyways so they earned it.

I'll bet you are going to be a big time Cardinals fan this coming weekend in Wrigley. What do you think?

It's crazy the Cubs are even in it this year when you think about what kind of year they have had.

Losing Darvish in May for the season.
Bryant dealing with a shoulder injury all year.
Losing Morrow in July for the season.
Losing their 2nd best option of closer in Strop in September.
Having to play 30 games in 30 days (mlb record) in September because they had to fit in 7 rainouts from the 1st half of the year (also a mlb record)
Literally everyone on offense but Baez slumping in the 2nd half.

The most important of all that right now is their bullpen situation. They have no one they trust to close games and that is the reason there is no way they can get to the WS this year.

It would've been nice had the Cardinals won a damn game vs the Brewers, but it didn't happen. I'm not optimistic about the Cardinals playoff chances at this point. Having said that, if you told me in mid-July that STL would be this close to the playoffs I would've thought you're crazy. I love the 'down-to-the-wire' feel to it though. I'm not a die-hard baseball guy, but this is pretty fun.
