No running game and no pass rush will prove to be to much to overcome on the road against an excellent Viking team. Garropollo's streak ends.

Defense sure looks better than the offense. Garopollo looks lost out there.Niners are acting like they are allergic to tackling
Kittle cost them the game with that drop. The pick six never happens if Kittle catches that perfect pass.
Was not happy with the tackling or ball awareness.Defense sure looks better than the offense. Garopollo looks lost out there.
Holding the Vikings to 17 points on the road is good. The pass rush suddenly showed up and the DBs looked really solid. Was not happy with the tackling or ball awareness.
Poor hands on the O side did little to help
But its the same old thing; mistakes at critical times. They played them tough but can't have those mistakes you mentioned above. That final int was the first bad interception thrown by Jimmy G in a Niner uniform. So many chances.....bad drops by both Kittle and Garcon that should've been TD's. A fumble deep in Minnesota territory. An inexcusable neutral zone infraction by Thomas. Ridiculous injuries that left the QB exposed....and Garoppolo showing us he's human. He certainly wasn't as bad as his stats, but that final int was just....bad.
Still....the defense showed up. Buckner is an animal and Warner really played well. Hopefully, him and Foster can team for a while. SF took the Vikings to the end in their home opener....and that could be the best team in football.
You mean he lost a game that he started. So much for Garapalo being the second coming. All the hype for nothing.
