There are definitely a few minor changes that I love. Players close to offside will try to drag their skate which is a plus. I like the new shot animations; players leaning and following through on one skate. Also it's been tremendously entertaining to keep tossing Alex Burrows into the bench. The hitting seems a lot better to me. The player delivering the hit is more realistically affected. With the live goalies, you seem far more likely to score with traffic in front of the net, which is nice, especially when you get to battle in front. I like the slap pass too, although I'm not sure if that's actually new or if I just never used it in NHL11. I cant wait for it to come out.

Also my PSN is bru_cru17 if anyone here has it and wants to add me.

Unfortunately, I'll have to replace the Xbox with another Xbox as my club is all on Xbox Live. Maybe on the next-gen, guys.

In NHL 11 I play on Superstar, typically against Fleury. I can score.

In this NHL 12 demo I play against Thomas on Pro, and I can not score for my life.

But seriously, you need to score dirty goals, that's how I score most of mind. Love that they made dirty goals more in the game. Now if only they could take away the non-screened wrist shot goal from the point....

I mean drive the net, get rebounds, screen the goalies, ect. You arent going to be able to score the pretty snap shot on the breakout as much anymore.

Quit trying to glitch. Heh.

This game is all about puck movement. Best way to break a goalie down is the same in reality. Move the puck and pull him out of position.
