I can recall in 2011, week 17 against the Packers when 2 bad calls by the NFL finest should've been over turned but kept the Lions from challenging a TD later on because the Lions were out of challenges. It seems to me it's going to be easier for the NFL finest to have more control and remove challenges to dictate the game.
