If there’s any good news for Thomas, it’s that a league source tells PFT the rest of the coaching staff has been retained, for now anyway. It’s possible that the same offensive and defensive systems could remain in place in Cleveland next year, and there will be some consistency in Cleveland. But there will be a new head coach — the Browns’ fifth head coach since 2008.

Which is sometimes the case only until the new HC is named and then replaces them after some time anyway. If Norv Turner isn't going to reunite with the 49ers, I want him to stay in the AFC away from a near contender or legitimate contender.

There's NOBODY on the planet I want running an offense more than Norv Turner. He consistently runs what I think is the best system in the NFL, especially for young players. With that said, there's no way on earth in my opinion that Harbaugh would ever work with him so long as Harbaugh is a HC.

I don't know how you came up with that conclusion. Rex Ryan I'd understand because of the personalities, but I don't see why Harbaugh wouldn't want to work with Turner.

Doesn't seem like he got a fair shot... Piss-poor QB play, with injuries to go along with that... I honestly don't know what to make of coach Chudzinski at this point... But, I do think they pulled the plug to quickly on him...
