I feel he was great when he played for those short 4yrs. Now "IF" he had a long career would he have been great we will never know.

It sucks it has to be an "it" factor. I mean I just dont think he had enough to be a great player, as close as you can get to that level though. It is impossible to project it though so that's what sucks

Yeah I don't see why you couldn't switch him out. I don't see why as long as he meets the requirements. Team wise, division wise, years wise, etc.

@wlk3 what do you think? does your "face" have to stay the same or can it be switched at some point?

I wish I would have seen this before, it's amazingly stupid to be able to move the face of your franchise, hardly the face of your franchise if you are allowed to move him to a team that's not even one of your franchise teams.

I fully agree, but that's one of the big reasons i was trying to stall before my first pick to clarify the rules. It was also a big reason I chose the Raiders/Ravens package, because I knew I could move Rice to a 49er and have 4 different Raider picks. Now, had I just thought about the fact that all the good Raven players would probably be stolen from me, I would have been in business.
