Predicting what Baalke will/could do next year and beyond if he's around will be a little easier based on what I've learned from him in this draft. No doubt about that.

I had to go back and read some things on Reaser I kept. Some people think he'll become a coach one day.

So when is Reaser going to be ready to play?

Me neither, but I'll take it.

Dan Skuta VS Aaron Lynch. Who's gonna win?

Lemonier owns 'em both though.

Lynch has a much higher ceiling. His potential is similar to how Ahmad Brooks developed from a role player to a solid borderline pro bowl type player. In 2-3 years Lynch will be a much better player than Corey Lemonier.

I really thought they should take Nix once he fell, that was the only reason I didn't like the Borland pick.

Ravens took John Urschel from Penn State. He's a math whiz. Highly, highly intelligent. The kind of kid that has the ability to make it in life in many different areas IMO.

What positions even have room for another player on the roster? Niners made a lot of picks.

Lynch says he's up to 255 lbs.

Honestly that's about where I want him at. 255lb / 265. He was once at 270 but I don't think he has that brute strength (Justin Smith) to play end for us at 270/280. He needs to work on being around 260lbs and continue to develop his pass rush skills. This guy, if committed could be a huge steal for us.

I've been trying to explain to people that guys like Aldon, Lynch and Lemonier play a different position from guys like Brooks and even Skuta. Skuta is an ideal back up for Brooks while Lemonier and Lynch will likely excel in pass rush so they won't be asked to drop back near as much. Brooks has to play more roles in his position than Aldon.

I'm not a hater, I just think he is so stiff in the hips... unable to change directions as one would like from an OLB. He's highly overrated IMO.

Eric Fisher disagrees. :D

I would seriously consider drafting Keith Price here. Murray is gone.

Jimmy Staten, who was taken two picks after Reaser, was at his school's graduation when he was drafted.
