WOW, So Thurmond smokes weed which is legal in WA state, he gets hit for four games. Ray Rice beats the ever loving Crap out of his wife and gets filmed dragging her unconscious body away and gets TWO? That does NOT look good for the shield.

Isn't the first bong hit a free pass? And suspensions start with the 2nd bong hit? Either way that Ray Rice 2 games is terrible in comparison. Josh Gordon on the other hand I have no problem with a year long suspension. Given a gift of being one of the few people able to play in the NFL (at a very high level) and wastes it away.

They're going to change the rules pretty soon with all the states starting to adopt medical marijuana laws. I know there's tons of quacks that will give out a card, but just about any NFL player has a legit reason to get a prescription.
