My guess is the only way Schwartz comes back is if he sacrifices a Coordinator or two, plus a coach or two as well.
He may not want to give up Linehan but to save his job I bet he does. If Detroit gets a good coordinator and a top QB coach I could live with another year of Schwartz. Not that I want to but it's not my 12 million that gets flushed.
Detroit has the highest payroll in the NFL with dead money so if Junior decides the Lions can't stand to loose 12 more I get that!
