That's why I have him over Johnson and slowik.

If you want to hire the best coordinator in the league, Macdonald might be it.

The ravens had the #1 defense and he runs it.

The dolphins had the #1 offense, but McDaniels is the primary playcaller.

McDonald was 3rd on my list. Remember, Harris likes the Raven model, FO on down.

The Ravens game was rookie QB Strouds first start in the NFL. Threw for 244 yards, did not turn it over and the halftime score was 7-6. Granted, no real offense in the 2nd half. Stroud has come a long way since then and we'll see this weekend how far he has come as these 2 teams meet once more. I'm guessing McDonald will not hold Stroud & Co to 9 pts. IF they do, I want McDonald also.

There is something about him.

We have the worst defense in the league and he is the best defensive coordinator.

Seems like a match.

Slowik and Johnson are fine...but Macdonald seems more talented.

Is he a better leader and will he be a better head coach...I don't know.
