i believe you can hire away a coordinator by giving them a promotion as assistant HC as well as retain them

I read that Johnson wants 15 mill per for the privilege of be some team's HC.

That's a lotta jack for a dude with not much more than 2 years OC experience under his belt.

To be fair I was the one who posted that here. His agent immediately came out and shot that down. It was from Josina Anderson who's reporting has been sketchy at best since leaving ESPN.

New NFL Rules regarding HC interviews, and hiring a HC:

•Teams cannot interview a head coach candidate who is employed by another NFL team until the third day after the conclusion of that team’s Week 18 game.

•No in-person interviews are allowed with candidates employed by other teams until after all Wild Card games have ended.

•Before the Wild Card games, In-person interviews can only happen with candidates employed by the team hiring a head coach or candidates not currently employed by the NFL

Listening to Keim and JP today.

1. Skins want to have their GM within a week. Keim said he has not been told this, but that's his guess. This from the guy that called Brissett months in advance and sat down with Speilman two weeks ago. He knows something.

2. Said they want to go GM then coach, but if a coach they REALLY like is about to sign elsewhere, he could see Harris and co. stepping in.

3. JP said they are leaking all the interview requests to let the fans know they are casting a wide net.
