I'm not going to be that guy who blames one player in Gill to be fair he hasn't played much and it was Coburns fault for the hospital pass. I also credit the rags for finishing their chances...if the Flyers could have done that this game at least goes to OT.

Time to regroup and play a smarter game on Tuesday. Go Flyers!

This Flyers team has gone through a lot all season long, they've faced more adversity, they've gone through the ups and downs but this team will not quit - if the Flyers can win Game 6, I think they have a good shot to win Game 7, the road team is 4-5 in the last Game 7's, which isn't that bad at all and the Rangers have won three Game 7's in a row, so they're due for a loss in a Game 7 - the Flyers home crowd should be buzzing tomorrow and the Flyers will come out guns ablazing - I still feel as confident as ever because of Steve Mason - he gives us legitimate goaltending and he likes the spotlight - this is a time where he and this team can make a name for theirselves and really blossom - I want to see the Flyers come out with an offensive mindset tomorrow, start Claude Giroux's line and start peppering the goaltender like crazy - everyone talks up the Rangers as if they're a great team, but people forget that the Flyers were only two wins worse than the Rangers and Steve Mason was on par with Henrik Lundqvist - the Flyers can go toe to toe with this team and they've shown it in this series and there's no reason why they can't show it again tomorrow night

Remember when Detroit won Game 6 and then Game 7 in Anaheim last year? Or when Washington stunned the Bruins in Boston in Game 7? Or when the Rangers choked a 2-1 series lead to the Devils a few years ago and Henrik Lundqvist was one of the main culprits? The Flyers have shown an ability to bounce back on very many occasions and it should be no different again tomorrow night - it's easy for people to pick the Rangers over the Flyers because of goaltending and so on and so on but the Flyers can change everyone's mindset with a win tomorrow night and then going into Game 7, it's anyone's game?

I've seen what the Flyers have done all season long, they're not going to quit whatsoever and I'm not quitting on them either - this should be a stellar Game 6 for them

Play sound defensively, get strong goaltending and the offense will come

Having a 2-1 series lead is a choke job now? :noidea: Man, you'll say anything to go against us.

End it tonight and send those Cryer fans home crying.

Let's hope the refs aren't a factor in tonight's outcome of the game and they actually can't see the puck before it goes in the net

What is Lundqvist's playoff record when his team has a lead in a series? I heard it wasn't too stellar. Judging by that, I'd say this one is going 7.

The Rangers, as a whole, struggle when having a series lead, but are also undefeated at home in a game 7.

Flyers have to play to their capabilities, or they will lose this game.

We haven't been getting a lot of sustained pressure in this series. Part of that is because the Rangers are doing a very good job on the boards and breakouts - I've seen times when there were five blue jerseys either fighting for the puck or ready for the pass from the guy who won it - but another is the Flyers aren't doing a good enough job on the forecheck. You cannot send in Scott Hartnell or Wayne Simmonds, have him win the puck, and then center the puck to nobody when the other two forwards are barely at the blue line. It's a team effort, and the Rangers have done a great job working as a team. That said, when the Flyers HAVE established a forecheck and started to work the boards well, we've been very dangerous.

At the same time, we have to be smart. The Rangers have also been opportunistic when it comes to bounces or transition. If the Flyers defense isn't able to slow down the rush, or makes terrible passes in its own zone, or doesn't get good backchecking from the forwards, it'll be a long game six and a nonexistent game seven.

Despite my doom and gloom, I believe we can win this, if we just follow our system. Let's take this series the distance, Flyers!

Flyers looking good so far especially on that last penalty kill. Seemed like the Rangers moved the puck at will and got whatever they wanted on the Power Play most of the series.
