With the exception of Payne and Brissett, would these guys be starters anywhere else?
guess there were no other options

Wylie has started 59 games
Gates has started 29 - it likely would have been more except for the injury he had against Washington two years ago.

Let’s see.

Wylie- 57 starts

Nick Gates- 26 starts…missed a lot of time because of an injury against us in 2020 that required 7 surgeries.

Cody Barton- 14 starts and ended last season as a starter for Seattle after getting 133 tackles

So yes we have starters.

probably off topic here, but 2 questions for you, who is your preference at 16 in the draft. (Witherspoon for me)
Is Bijan Robinson a botched pick at 16?(obviously INO)

whoever else reads this is free to chime in

Will Levis- not that I am huge on Levis but we need a QB option
Christian Gonzalez
Peter Skoronski- think he will move inside so the value isn’t as good
Paris Johnson- less skill at the moment than Skoronski

trade down

Joey Porter- can’t teach size or pedigree
Devon Witherspoon
Dalton Kinkaid
Bijan Robinson- I just don’t value the position

nice, appreciate those responses. Man, my concerns about Levis is, that doesn't end Howell's career? Additionally, when the new owner arrives and Rivera potential finishes .500 again, do you draft ANOTHER QB?

i'd take any of those guy on a trade down.

I wouldn’t start Leviis this season. I don’t let a new owner influence my good decisions.

Stroud has zero percent chance of being there. I think Richardson is definitely gone. Bryce theoretically could be there but Levi’s has the best chance of being available.

Will Levis??? Younger and cheaper for certain but if he is in play they could have just kept Carson Wince. (Same thing)

Whoaaaaaa, he wasn't impressive but maybe sitting a year in the NFL would do wonders. Hope he's there at 16 and we fleece somebody

Sitting a year won't make him any less like Wince!

It is hilarious that some forgive Griffin and Haskins for sucking. Not to be mean but the way Haskins died was not only tragic but showed he was a mistake.

Meanwhile you are calling Levis ... Wentz. First of all Levis should hope he can throw for almost 30,000 yards. I am not advocating for Levis and of course not Wentz. Griffin was not coached well and Cousins sucks. Haskins was not coached well and Howell has no chance. You might be right, Howell might not be the deal but certainly Griffin and Haskins were not.

One can't help but notice you forgive black players or make excuses for black players while always downgrading white players. I support your rooting a little harder for black players but the other side comes across as a bit racist.

Why don't we just root for football players no matter color or ancestry? We are all human beings, no matter our race.
