Not going to be able to address everything long-term in one off-season. Not sure I want to. Don't want to have to blow up the roster once the Maye/Daniels bill is due.

To your point, a left tackle wouldn't hurt my feelings. Chargers are up against the clock. Wonder if Peters pokes his nose around Bosa, Mack, Allen, Williams, or Derwin. Doubt it, but you never know.

I think we are all aligned.

We need an immediate influx of talent at a bargain rate.

We need to build a core via the draft.

Stabilize the team with free agents.

All I am saying is that part of that stability had to come through free agency...unfortunately. I would love to have 10 picks sprinkled between the first 3 rounds. That is not reality though.

I don't think they are done signing guys. There could be some guys that are cheaper if not signed in the next few days.

This is more a a transitional year than last year but I hope and believe the transition is in a positive direction. There will be plenty more work to do in 2025 but It we are heading in the right direction ..... all good.
