I've said it a few times.
I think the WR's we have will; perform a little better this year as far as route running and having confidence/chemistry with Maye.
I also think regardless of who we draft for the Oline, improvements will be made and Doug Maronne will be a big one.
The Offense will play better as a whole and the WR's that are already on the squad will look better and put up better stats.
Agreed

I'm with you on this 100%. Been saying it over and over. Polk can't be that bad. You don't just forget how to catch a football. I'm not sure what caused it? Maybe his overconfidence? I think he had a full helping of humble pie served to him. Vrabel won't put up with that cockiness. If he even has a decent year, this offense is a totally different animal. Then add the Marone and Josh factors. We don't need the over priced WR Diva. I'll stay with my desire for the draft. Trade back and take Jeanty or Warren. The whoever they percieve to be the best LT available. After that, WR, Oline, C, K in no particular order.

I do not agree with this at all. In fact, I think just the opposite is true. There is more promise this year, with this coaching staff and draft power we are in a pretty damn good position. Last year everything was wrong with last year and it started with RK. Mayo was not ready to coach, we had a DC for our OC, no line etc etc etc.

Also Boutte started playing good ball, we just signed Hollins a nice addition, Maye will be in year two with a real OC Polk is working to get better, admitted he needed an adjustment. Defense will be a lot better, hell I think we are in good shape

I hate to say this because I know it's not who or how you are. But you are really coming off like a fair-weather fan of late, it's getting frustrating dealing with your consistent negativity. Contrary to what some posters may say you often provide viable, important information just seems lately that you can't see anything right in what this team is doing
I decided to change my name to match my behavior!

If you think back, he is always like this this time of year. After the draft he will flip the switch. You’ll go crazy trying to understand the psyche of Big Ken

You want to be me?

Identity theft might seem fun to you................
I'll be honest, I had to look twice to get it, but I did find it a bit fun. You should be flattered someone made a decent effort just to roast you.

I highly doubt they'll be taking out credit cards in your name.

According to Mike Hurley, the Patriots are considering one of the top five remaining free agent wide receivers..
Stephon Diggs, Amari Cooper, Tyler Lockett, Keenan Allen, Brandin Cooks

Diggs has a rep of being a royal pain in the ass on the field and the locker room.
Cooper is a bit of an unknown as he didn't get targeted nearly as often in 2024 as he did in the past. Solid history.
Lockett was truly admired and respected throughout his career in Seattle.
Allen has regressed a bit with age and injuries have slowed him just a bit.
Cooks is Cooks. He's been floating from team to team for what seems to be forever.

All have reached the 30 year mark in their life and all have had at least two contracts. Finishing with a good team could be all of their wishes, but the reality is that no one is beating down the door.

Hurley's opinion:
1. Cooper
2. Lockett
3. Allen
4. Cooks
5. Diggs

I really don't want any of them.

Hurley is like a few others who think it would be a big benefit to have a solid, respectable veteran WR who can show the youngsters what it really means to put in the work and get to know your quarterback. Polk and Baker came on with a bit of a "Look at ME!" attitude and fizzled before showing anything. He believes that a Cooper or Lockett could help them overcome the bumps they hit and could quite possibly instill some confidence.
