Warriors are my pick. Not sure the Cavs come out of the East though, their late season swoon appears to be more than just a late season struggle.

Yeah, that team was such a shitbag team they went 30-11 over the 2nd half of the season and damn near made the playoffs. If not for the Waiters injury, it was possible that they could have been seeded as high as 6th in the East. And all of that after an 11-30 start.

I don't know if the Heat pulled off the greatest mid-season turnaround in NBA history or not. But I do know that I sure can't think of any that were better.
