On that I agree 100%. Cannot take a QB just to take one......but also cannot care what media or fans think about the QBs.

Based on the Browns' qb moves of recent memory, they might be better served to seek outside opinions.

I would agree if it was those regimes drafting the QBs, but it's not. Unless you are only talking recent as in this regime?

If so, As to bringing in FAs or a trade, sure they missed on Watson but guessing anyone they seeked opinions from at time would have told them, yes, he's better than Baker. Not sure where else they may have messed up. Their backups have been fine and have played mostly like backups (or sometimes better). Only QB they drafted was a 5th rounder.

It's tough. Hard to pass on a QB when you're in position like this, but are this year's options good enough value for the pick?

I'm all in on Sanders. Like I mentioned yesterday I like his all around game. But with my luck the Browns won't take him.

Have to say I like him more after hearing a few things and seeing a video. Not that I know much as a fan but was not aware he's as accurate as he was and is so much more of a pocket passer (which Stefanski likes).

Yep. He doesn't get rattled in the pocket and try to run. What I think I like the most about him is his downfield accuracy.

I remember seeing something that Sanders wants to be drafted by the Raiders. I know bad football when I see it because of my team. The Raiders got more problems than the Browns.

Yeah I assumed he would back away from that stance. The way the league is now the guys have to get the clock started on getting that 2nd contract to get paid.
