I really don’t think it matters in the end. The Browns don’t belong on the same field with the 49ers. It doesn’t matter who plays QB in the end.
But this isn’t just about QB, we are talking about the two best offensive players out. Without Chubb they aren’t the same team, won’t be all season-it is what it is. A Watson more reflective of the Houston QB and they can make it competitive. With DTR or Walker they literally have no chance. 0% chance

Nah...it's a thing because of that AND people have agendas and want drama even if they have to make it up.

could he have played? Sure. But then when he plays poorly stakes is ripping him for playing when he knew he was not able to throw. stakes also complains about JSN sitting out....but will excuse Bosa and also does not seem to think Kupp or now Jefferson is a pussy for going on IR. Hell, he's even implied if watson went on IR and didn't even give it a go that would be better? Come on.

It's a pretty clear difference between a team putting a player on IR and them electing not to play after being medically cleared. that should be extremely evident.

Did MJ hurt his team after his "flu game"? Did Isiah hurt the Pistons on his sprained ankle? Since we brought up Burrow he played just fine last week. He fought through the injury.

As to JSN vs Bosa I respect Bosa for coming out and saying almost immediately he was done. JSN had us talking about it all year like a bunch of dopes. Just say you're done. I can at least respect that.

OL and DL. More so run blocking. For as much talent as they have on the DL the pressure has been underwhelming imo

I think that's more as a design (which I don't agree with fwiw) than lack of execution.

the results on pass D is solid. But they will have to figure something out against Michigan etc.

This is the point. After watching DTR play I don't know how anyone could make the argument Deshaun could hurt the team by playing in his current condition. If we had Jacoby? Sure...you can sell me. But dude. DTR ain't in the stratosphere of being ready for an NFL regular season game. You're better off Squadding him the rest of the year and trying PJ. It was THAT bad.

So far no one looks like they belong but with a healthy Watson I'd give us at least a shot. If the D we have seen most of the year shows up.
Nah. They have no shot.

You’re talking the difference between 0% and 3-5%. Meh. It’s an L regardless.

oh lort. before Deshaun being a vagina gutted the team vs Baltimore they had a historic defense through 3 weeks. And that's not hyperbole.

The D said fuck it in week 4 and who can blame them.

And they STILL only gave up 296 yards despite a complete dumpster trash offense after drive 1.

Athletes are humans like the rest of us. They get motivated much like we do. If your boss calls in work on a snow day are you going to kill yourself at work? Or are you gonna say fuck it the boss isn't here either?

This is why I'm so passionate about this with Watson. He is a leader. He is THE leader. This team goes as far as he takes them. And he's being a SHIT leader.

Historic Ds don’t say fuck it. Haha. Go look at the numbers for the 1991 Eagles defense. That’s an historic defense and Randall Cunningham was knocked out for the season Week1. Cleveland doesn’t belong on the field with Niners.

It was a good college football game, it’s ok if you want to do something else with your time. No reason to criticize people who enjoy football, especially on a sports message board. Some might consider that less than manly.
Always love idiots like that.
