they were stacked with arms. From reading Wiggy posts about Guardian prospects it seems like the farm is stacked with arms. If you have a glut at a single position it makes sense to use one of the guys that the organization doesn’t give the highest of upsides to in exchange for a 1B prospect that projects to have power. I saw the Guardians in a limited way this year in a Phil’s series. I think you gain more watching a team even in a small microcosm over just watching box scores. They struck me as a very sound baseball team that doesn’t hurt itself, takes the extra base, moves runners, plays solid defense, etc… but they really lack for that power bat that can do damage consistently with a single swing. I don’t know much about this prospect they got but if I’m seeing he’s a top 1-2 prospect in a great system like the Rays and he’s a corner IF that to me smells like a dude who has some MLB power potential.

Yeah leadership is needed. Unless Lloyd or Wombach show up they won’t go far. Never been a big Morgan fan and Rapinoe is about done. Smith and Horan are fantastic, but it doesn’t appear they have enough.@thunderc team usa look no better than the men did in Qatar. 2 draws in group stage to barely advance out of the group?
Lol he needs to focus on fighting men. He has one fight under his belt since 2019 and is now seeking attention like crazy since the Crawford fight@bksballer89
Thurman is a moron for even entertaining this shit.
This is a no win for him and he should shut this shit down.
So stupid.

Claressa Shields starts camp for potential Keith Thurman fight
Shields, who is the undisputed women's middleweight champion, challenged Thurman to a fight on Monday and stated she was bigger and taller than him.www.dailymail.co.uk
I could understand the initial angst as fans are going to overreact and be emotional. For them it's just "oh, no...he's our best pitcher lately". But the guy also has stretches where he does not pitch well and has been known to get hurt a lot, too. Seems like maybe we sold high (wish we did the same before the season on Bieber). From reading Wiggy posts about Guardian prospects it seems like the farm is stacked with arms. Yeah who really knows. His power is around 50. Naylor, for example, was projected 55 power. And he is a 20 HR guy for the last two years basically. You really never know. Manzardo is more of a pure hitter and has a great eye at the place so that in itself is great but the Indians need power in a big way, multiple bats. I think if he's clearly the best QB (or at least has the best numbers) there is a good chance he'd win it. Would need to be obvious IMO.Interesting question on Dan Patrick today.
Suppose DeShaun Watson has a great season and leads the Browns to a 14-3 record...
Does he win MVP?
Or does the recent off the field stuff get used against him even though it's technically not supposed to?

Haha...barely. Guessing comeback player of year out of question for him since not playing his own doing.Ninja’d

Depends on how great his season is compared to e other top contenders.
If it is close?
He probably loses.
But if he has a year where he is clearly top dog?
Sure he gets it.
But I think the odds of that are extremely low.
Agree. There are some who will vote against him no matter what.
But yeah, if he's clearly the top player...he likely gets it.
Yeah I'm pretty sure even if he has a great year they will be able to give it to someone else if they want. a lot of good QBs.Yeah, and it is almost always at least a debate between the top couple players.
How many times has it been totally obvious in the past 20 years?
Thinking Mahomes first maybe, Tom Brady in 2010 and maybe the Lamar Jackson one.
Just doesn’t happen often.
