One day it will all make sense
Wrong, wrong, wrong. The Browns will just outright cut Mayfield and sign Carson Wentz.
Haha
I love that people mocked the Browns for Wentz and them having Baker
Sweet memories

He's trash.
Yep. And he will bring a shit ton of picks. No they won’t.
And that is the 1 position teams don’t mind a big cap hit for a proven star.

I've seen some articles about this. I mean, if they want to bend the rules, fine, but I get why they don't.Ran across an artile today, wish I could remember where I saw it. But it was about our Browns and how the league should bend the rules a bit to allow Stephanski to coach on Sunday. You hear anything about this?

This could make sense. Cannot undo what's done, but thought is if you really love the team why buy it without the will to win? If you are looking for year to year profit better way to go than to buy an MLB team.Only explanation I hear that make sense is Dolan wants to sell and he thinks the market favors a team early in a rebuild over a team near the end of a competitive run. Covid has already taken a toll and the uncertainty for how it affects 2021 revenue might have him worried. The logo change and hints at a future name change also might be based on making team more attractive to bidders.
Its a shame. Small market competitive windows are short enough.
No doubt about that. And while I have been one of the more vocal anti-Mayfield Browns fans gotta be honest. My opinion of him his changing. He's not the same jackass he was his first two years. Much more mature this year it seems. And his play on the field has improved greatly under Stephanski.
Yep....And Dipodesta was mocked for saying "didn't see him as a top 20 QB". Probably shouldn't have said that, but looks closer than those who said top 5 and HOFer.Haha

Should have just said "we have so many holes to fill we couldn't see taking an injury risk from an FCS school."
Could but rules say not allowed. And NFL, NFLPA and medical professionals all put the rules together and other teams have had to follow them (true, not at playoff level). Hard to tell us guys with Covid need to stay home then have him walk through a stadium up to the booth.Just let him coach from a booth.
Guessing his attitude also a reflection of Stefanski...sounds like him in pressers. No doubt about that. And while I have been one of the more vocal anti-Mayfield Browns fans gotta be honest. Might, too....but not the slam dunk it was before the season. He's still just 25. Hitting his stride in an offense suited for him
But I would take DeShaun lol
It's looking like Stefanski was a very good hire. You never know what you're going to get with a guy who has only been an assistant but he's looking like the real deal. And he's putting Mayfield in a position to succeed. No doubt about that. And while I have been one of the more vocal anti-Mayfield Browns fans gotta be honest. My opinion of him his changing. True...but lately teams prefer to try to win when the QB is on his rookie deal. Would a team like NE give up the farm for him? I could see it as they have a lot of cap space and also probably not picking high enough to get their guy.No they won’t.

I'd be shocked....maybe not even an OC. He might be OK as an interim with someone else's offense (like he was here with a lot of help). But if he has to design the O?True,
Freddie wasn't exactly the model for how to act.
I can't imagine Kitchens even gets a head coaching interview ever again

Got pick used on Conklin and other picks, right? Or did TN trade back up with us to get Conklin? Guessing the latter.im just happy tenn traded out even though Mariota was a bag of dog shit as well
