One of the daughters has talked about home schooling her kids. I've always been against that for the most part because it can make socialization skills more difficult.

But stuff like this gives me pause. I can't imagine a parent dropping off their kids at school and that's the last time they see themj alive.

Crazy.

Kerr has been talking outside of his mouth on both directions. Just a year or two ago he was advocating for removal of police from schools, particularly in Oakland. Now he's arguing a different direction entirely and demanding something be done without a viable solution. Personally, they should do the following with schools:

- Single point of entries in school
- Armed security
- Metal detectors
- Strict locked door policies on alternative exits (need multiple exits from school for fire codes)

Good to see someone speak up but he changes his stance a lot. That's fine but if you feel so strongly about something and you are on a platform like he is...keep it consistent. Easy to talk about something from both sides when you have no real solution to the problem and won't be a part of it.

Exactly. What happened yesterday was horrific. There's something that should be done (I've outlined what I think is a sensible strategy). But watching Kerr last night seemed like pandering and outrage without a viable solution. That part's easy to do.

Not sure how I feel about this. He has all the talent in the world but I would like to see him as the starter for at least half the season or one full season. He loves CLE so I don't think it's that risky if he does play well. idk

I'm a bit surprised Njoku hasn't had a bigger impact in Cleveland. In college, he was critical for Miami in terms of productivity. Hopefully with Watson at QB, he has a more consistent QB to throw him the ball.

Yeah having Watson is a big step up and he hasn't been given consistent playing time. Only time will tell on this one, he needs to be consistent to earn that kind of money.

Pretty much agree with what you said...also depends how much is guaranteed and how soon could get out of it with little to no cap hit.

does seem like a lot for what he's accomplished.....but will say I prefer doing that (as long as you believe he will show a lot more) than paying a ton for what someone did in the past but is clearly regressing.

That comment would make sense if I said I believed they are all lying. Might they be? sure.....but I don't know. My guess is he did commit at least one act that goes against the personal conduct policy. To what level......Who the hell knows?
