Watching Dan atrick and he tells a story about earlier in his marriage when his wife cancelled

Saban is right in that, they are going to need to do something to reign in NIL. He's not the only one to criticize NIL. Hell, my Trojans appear to have benefitted as much as anyone in the country from NIL and Lincoln Riley has said they're going to have to make some changes.

But he was waaaaaaayyyy out of line to call out another school like that. I don't blame Jimbo for firing back.

But Jimbo went a little far himself with the "Go dig into how God did his deal"/talk to guys who have coached for him line. I mean, Jimbo worked for him, so why not spill what he knows?
Anything Jimbo says about 17 year old kids just rings hollow because of his actions at Florida St. This is 2 massive hypocrits firing bullets, comical really.

What do y'all think about Saban vs Jimbo and Prime Time?

Saban was mostly right in what he said, burt he never should have singled anyone out.

Jimbo was right to fire back. But he shouldn't have gone as far as he did. He implied that Saban cheated to get to where he is and said to talk to those who have been assistants...apparently forgetting that he was one of Saban's assistants at LSU.

Deion came across s the grown up. Saban never shouldn have mentioned him. He's been on both sides and he knows what he was offered when schools were trying to sign him as a player and who made the offers.

Not the smartest move to piss off people who know where the bodies are buried. lol

Saban's a great coach obviously. But he looks petty as hell saying anything.

This is the same fella that said when Ohio State upset Bama in CFB playoff his players took the game off because they didn't want to get injured before the draft.

Last season after Georgia kicked the crap outta Bama up & down the field for the national title he blamed the loss on some of his players. This says it all right here.

I wanna mention the exact article. From saturday-down-south.com: Nick Saban explains why Alabama lost the title game to Georgia, calls out three player.

Part of the article- he said the players next in line to replace the players that couldn't play didn't prepare well enough.

Da fuck!?!? He's the HC. It's responsibility to make sure his players are ready to play.

He's 274-67-1 overall and 18-11 in bowl games. But those 67 regular season losses, that one tie and the 11 bowl losses aren't on Saban. All of his losses are due to his coaching staff.

His real coaching record is 274-0 & 18-0 in bowl games.

I sort of disagree. Can't really reign in NIL when it's really handled at the state level. Also, the SEC schools, especially Bama have been paying kids for years, long before NIL. Notice that the two most outspoken coaches against NIL are Dabo and Saban? Reason being, the playing field is getting leveled and bag men are more out in the open now.

I have the complete opposite stance, I think Jimbo was 100% in the right. Cheating is wide spread through CFB. There's an unspoken rule about being public with it - Saban f'd up there (we agree on that).

Jimbo always can say he played within the rules of the game while under Saban.

Primetime is good, no one with one functioning brain cell can go after him.

But Jimbo was right, Saban knows that there's assistants of his across the country that knows what he's up to. Saban comes off as a petulant spoiled child and hypocrite because things aren't going his way with the way NIL is trending.
