The Eagles had one of the better offseasons between FA and the draft.

Agree. But also a huge question mark at QB. Eagles will be a product of his progress or lack thereof. I’m not a fan if I’m being honest. At the same time, rooting for his success.

I don’t think you watch though. At least not in a way to know what you see.

You look at the basic stats and automatically think a guy who puts up solid numbers is playing well. That isn’t always the case.

My biggest fear is that he shows progress and people in the organization start thinking like he’s a franchise QB. That would be worst case scenario. I think for him to be “the guy” they need to win like 11-12 games and at least one playoff win. Eagles have two 1st round picks in 2023 draft plus their 2024 1st and 2 2023 2nds. They have the capital to put together a package to grab one of the big QBs in that draft. Not sure if right now I prefer Stroud or Bryce Young.

Especially because the Cowboys won the division last year and there’s a ridiculous run right now of no NFC East team winning the division two years in a row.

Saw their SOS, forgot about that until you mentioned it. Plus, Dallas may fall back to 9-8 or so. Maybe 10-7....but I think the Eagles win the East.

Heck, with Washington's defense and a better QB in Wentz (than Heinicke).....they could compete with Dallas for 2nd place.
