Exactly, put him in a Jarvis role and this kid could have an impact this seasonI would tell them football isn't played on a track

true. i'm thinking 3 playoff teams can come from the AFC West. Right now i'd say Chiefs, Chargers are top 2, then a fight between the Raiders and Donks to get that last playoff spot...KC did a nice job between FA and the draft.
The fucking West is loaded.
I think it is realistic at this point that Watson isn’t suspended until 2023 but we will see, things can definitely change.
yeah, that kinda doesn't make any sense...Why would the NFL let him play this season, then suspend him in 2023?
Right now I think it's pretty close between the Chiefs and Raiders for 1st. Not saying they can't, but I want to see how they adjust without Hill. Think there could be a transition year while they figure it out but they are probably still the best team.true. i'm thinking 3 playoff teams can come from the AFC West. course as always, that can change...
and obtw, i agree with you that a certain poster here is definitely underestimating Carr...
I think Herbert is legit for sure, but i'll somewhat agree that their coach made some boneheaded decisions last season. Over doing that 4th down analytic was one of the things that cost 'em...Right now I think it's pretty close between the Chiefs and Raiders for 1st. I'll believe it when I see it from the Chargers. They seem to look good every season and choke at the end. And Herbert will have even more pressure on him now.
The Broncos upgraded but they have a rookie HC and RW learning a new offensive system, I can see them being a year away from being a threat in the West.
Civil cases pending and look to be delayed until 2023Why would the NFL let him play this season, then suspend him in 2023?
So which 7 teams in the AFC make the playoffs? I'm thinking Chiefs, Bengals, Colts, Bills, Chargers, Browns, and maybe Donks or Raiders...Civil cases pending and look to be delayed until 2023
I think Miami will be a playoff team and possibly the Patriots as well.So which 7 teams in the AFC make the playoffs? I'm thinking Chiefs, Bengals, Colts, Bills, Chargers, Browns, and maybe Donks or Raiders...
Patsies are possible. Miami i ain't so sure of. I'd believe Mac Jones has a better chance of pulling it off than Tua...I think Miami will be a playoff team and possibly the Patriots as well.

Hoping and praying everyone stays healthy, but this season pretty much says this'll be a dogfight. So it might be a war of attrition...AFC Is loaded
I'm not sure either but if I had to bet I would bet he starts for someone week 1. Hell, it could be us.The way it's looking now I ain't so sure...
I disagree we HAVE to move him.I heard a talking head commenting on this yesterday.
He was saying that the problem isn't Baker, it's that the Browns HAVE to move him and other teams know it. So they aren't getting the kinds of offers for him that they normally would.
Can you imagine if they don't get him moved, the NFL suspends Watson for the first 5 games, Baker plays well and the Browns are sitting at like 4-1 when Watson is ready to play?
It would be the most Baker and the Browns thing ever. lol
I did like the pick at the time and still do.....however, saw his college stats and a bit of a concern. was pretty much like McLaughlin. Struggled from 40-49, really good everywhere else.I'm sure given another opportunity plenty of teams would take Tucker or Vinatieri in the late first round provided some hindsight. Not to say this kid is going to be anything near that but a 4th rounder on a kicker is a no brainer given their situation
While many think that idea is nuts I agree with you it could happen.I think we are at roughly a 50/50 chance on this happening. (Not necessarily the record part)
Not sure where you got those games as schedules are not out. Someone who has an in with the Browns shared what he was told our schedule would be....3 of those teams were in first 5. But not confirmed.Even the record isn't out of the question if Baker plays well. There first 5 games are the WFT, Falcons, Ravens, Panthers and Bengals. Considering 4 in a row of those are on the road, 3-2 is probably more likely. But 4-1 isn't out of the question. The Browns have a really good team. Really like how they're built.

IF we don't move him that would be best for everyone involved. Far better than just cutting him and potentially paying him to beat us.I honestly think the Browns are considering that possibility and selling the idea to Baker that it would greatly improve his contract if he played.
We will see if it comes to it.
