Personally, that's probably what I would have called. But, to be fair, it's also what the Patriots were expecting.
Well, to be fair, the Pats expected the Seahawks to run with Marshawn that whole game, which he did, and did successfully.

But I get it, try to get the defense off-balance and surprise them. Clearly didn't work out.

I get it, I have the same feeling about FSU and UF players.

Totally understandable. Speaking of The U I hope Mario can get the program going in the right direction. Loved their in your face attitude, cockiness & arrogance back in the late 80's & early 90's. They walked the walked and backed every bit of it up. Sean Taylor's my favorite Cane of all time.

I like to criticize Lebron as much as anyone......a lot of people wanted Beadle fired.

Wonder why she really got fired? After saying that about LeBron maybe the truth will come out. Something obviously happened. But it's not like she got fired last week. Odd it took this long for her to claim this. Something is odd about this.

And they had another play if that fucker had just knocked the pass down instead of intercepting it. lol

Patriots look a lot like they did in Brady's rookie season.

I think you meant his first year as the starter in '01. His rookie year in '00 the Pats were 5-11. He appeared in one game and threw three passes. He's had a decent career for a 6th round pick.

If BB doesn't win COY this season get rid of the award. Not only are the Pats having a good season they're doing it with a rookie QB.

He is worthy.

So is Cliff Kingsbury.

I prefer Kingsbury personally.

But I don’t think it is open and shut.

That's my thinking. You're spilling the beans years later. If I got fired because of Lebron's influence, I'm spouting off the minute I get my last pay check. I think she got fired because she probably didn't pull in solid ratings.

I appreciate it, man. I've become an expert on what a crap coach looks like because I have so much data from the last 5 coaches (Coker, Shannon, Golden, Richt (he wasn't bad, just burnt out), and Diaz). I think it works out, it'll take a few years and there'll be bumps, but I'm truly excited for the first time in years.

Diaz's tenure was exactly what I thought it'd be. I wasn't even surprised when we lost to FIU in his first year.

Edit: Problem with Diaz's teams is they could definitely talk the talk. And that was it.

Kingsbury no doubt has to be in the running. But I don't see him beating out BB.

It's a bad look for her.

Yeah your team has gone through a recent coaching carousel that's for sure. That's not good for any program. But with his success at Oregon I think he'll turn things around. Might not happen overnight. But I see no reason why he won't succeed.

He is a serious Kyler Murray injury away from being back coaching a bad college team. Nothing impressive about him.

If it's not just last night, then they've beaten the Jets x2, Texans, Chargers, Panthers, Browns (-2 starting RBs), Falcons, and a heavily injured Titans team. Losses to the Dolphins and Saints look bad.

Bills are just as bad or worse, with really only 1 quality win (Chiefs).
True but what AFC is a true contenders. Every had it’s up’s and down’s. I mean KC looked awful for a stretch.
CLE is injured and has zero offense.
BUF lost their best defender and is inconsistent.
LAC and CIN is very inconsistent but when they are on, hard to beat
BAL plays to the level of the opponent

Let's be real, just about every coach in the NFL is a serious injury to their starting QB from losing their job. Kingsbury is in talks for getting COY in year 2, that isn't bad, at all. Plus, the Cardinals have a solid defense. After this, if Kingsbury decided to go back to college, he's not coaching in a place like Lubbock. Dude's stock went up after this stint.

I don't like breaking down schedules. A famous Parcells quote that rings true - "You are what your record says you are".

This isn't the NBA, any team could be beat on a given day in the NFL. The NFL has the most parity in all of sports.

I would say that has more to do with the number of games than anything else. In the NBA, if a contender loses a game or 2 to an also ran, no one cares because they have 81 other games to make it up. In the NFL, that loss hurts a lot more.
