Do you honestly believe that leadership and other intangibles aren’t included in the Browns’ assessment of Baker and how much they are willing to pay him?

Because it matters.

And if history is any indication, average does get the big money at the QB position.

I do not honestly believe it doesn't matter as evidenced by saying it matters. But how he plays on the field will matter a lot more.

while there might be some QBs who got big money and regressed to average, not sure who looked average or below average and got big money.
