1, 2 and 3 seeds all out in the women’s draw at Wimbledon
Wasn't expecting this to go Stevie Ray Vaughn
Aerosmith not exactly a bunch of bitches either.
Cool thing about Boomers....
We saw all of the best bands...no other generation comes close.
Covers nearly all genres too.
Love Queen, like Fleetwood Mac, love the Stones, really never into Bon Jovi or Aerosmith. A couple cool older Aerosmith songs to me.
Only genre I like better today is country.
But to be fair, I haaaaaaaaaaated country music in my younger days.
I still fuck with Creed.
Dream On is probably my favorite song of theirs. Toys in the Attic probably my favorite album.
Ok you all got me trying to remember. My first concert was 1980, the end of The Eagles Long Run tour and their last for 15 years or so. After that, that I for sure remember:
Rolling Stones
Pink Floyd
Aerosmith
Iron Maiden
38 Special
Rush (at least 6 times)
Heart (more than once, a personal favorite)
Bob Seger (so underrated live)
Reo Speedwagon
Foreigner
ELO
Cheap Trick
Styx
Kansas
Stevie Ray Vaughn
Jimmy Vaughn
BB King (3 times)
Robert Cray
The Strokes (2001 was in New York City and younger people drug me along)
Hank Jr (at least 5 times)
Garth Brooks
Willie Nelson
Marie Haggard
Johnny Cash
Dwight Yoakum
Buddy Guy
There were more I know. Memories.
Classic rock is my true love I’d say but as a young adt in the 90s I also really love that era as well.
Stone Temple Pilots
Nirvana
Offspring
Alice In Chains
Soundgarden
Pearl Jam
Rage Against The Machine
Among many others..
I will literally marry you right now for listing Genesis. My favorite band overall and very uncool to like them. You and I girl, let’s run away together and get Phil Collins to officiate
Neil Peart is my favorite drummer followed by John Bonham.
ALL of it up until the mid 80s. I love their evolution, great stuff throughout.Which era? Gabriel or Collins? Very different styles throughout the years...
Eh he wasn’t ever going to get to that level especially because his own band used another drummer on almost every song. But he was awesome
Bronny had a less than stellar summer debut...
Wasn’t into the hair metal, closest thing to metal for me was Iron Maiden. Saw them open for someone, can’t even remember who it was because Maiden blew them off the stage. They never should have even came on.Stunning lack of hair metal. I saw so many of those hair metal bands in the 80s, still love a lot of that shit (as long as it isn't overly cheesy like Poison).

For sure. I haven't heard that last album either, it's a different band there. Not much a fan of the last Collins album either. Invisible Touch had a couple good songs but that's their first album I don't really listen to overall (I also rarely listen to the VERY first one they did in 1969, they hadn't gotten their sound yet). 1970-1983 I pretty much love that entire period with them.So you're not a fan of the really poppy stuff? I don't think I've even heard their stuff with the 3rd singer.
