wondered if Browns GM Berry was in Philly still when Reddick was there. Now I’m really confused. I don’t think Reddick has any history with the Browns. Thought he was Cards, Panthers, Eagles.

Is that it? Damn, figured 2-3 years at least. But I guess he left when Dorsey was here which was only 2 seasons then came back in 2020 so guess you could be correct (or are correct).Berry was with Eagles for 1 year lol
I'm sure that's why....but cannot speak to well of UCLA if he chose an OC position over HC. You really think if, say, our O lights it up for a year or 2 and someone like Texas comes calling to be HC he'd say no?And this is why Ohio State.....only after O'Brien got the BC job.
"In pivoting from O'Brien to Kelly, whose move from being the head coach at UCLA to being the offensive coordinator at Ohio State will come with a significant pay cut, Day is reuniting with a mentor, a friend and someone who coached him during his own playing career at New Hampshire from 1998-2001. He later joined Kelly's coaching staffs with the Eagles (2015, quarterbacks coach) and 49ers (2016, quarterbacks coach) before the Buckeyes hired him as their co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach seven years ago, toward the latter stages of Meyer's tenure. Day and Kelly have remained close, and in close contact, ever since."
Quick pivot to Chip Kelly shows Ryan Day is embracing CEO mentality at Ohio State | FOX Sports
Ryan Day, who was reticent to give up play calling in the first place, was given the chance to reconsider when Bill O'Brien moved to Boston College. Instead, Day swung big again and hired Chip Kelly.www.foxsports.com

That 1 year helped get us schwartz so maybe we go after Reddick?
Will say most assume with the spread and high powered O Kelly throws it all over the place but the guy loves to run the ball....likely a good thing for us.Talent won't be a problem in Columbus. Be interested to see what his offense looks likes.
Truth be told I don't know his age or contract status (and too lazy to look) or Philly cap situation so no clue what it would cost. If it takes a 1 or even a 2 I doubt we'd be in the mix.according to FF he will cost a pretty penny. We certainly can't afford to give up any more first round picks.

Figure by then both Smith and Tomlinson will be gone and other. Could certainly see smith not coming back. Doubt they roll with Wright but I guess we could. Maybe bring in a solid but less expensive vet.I'm not sure the browns would use him to his strengths in Jim's system
@fightinfunbags would know more than I.
The Browns already have Jok and he's gonna cost big anyway down the road.

Not surprising, I doubt any of the lines were big. The best strategy in the nfl is just pick who you think will win. If you get points great but even favorites cover at a pretty high rate if they win.@thunderc this is pretty interesting betting info.
Mahomes is 9-3 as an underdog and that is not vs the spread.
That is winning outright.
Figuring that out since I started betting on FD last Sept. Not surprising, I doubt any of the lines were big. The best strategy in the nfl is just pick who you think will win. If you get points great but even favorites cover at a pretty high rate if they win.
Another thing, if you like an underdog and the line is less than 3 always bet them on the moneyline. Take the extra odds it’s a winning play over time.Figuring that out since I started betting on FD last Sept.
I took the KC ML.Another thing, if you like an underdog and the line is less than 3 always bet them on the moneyline. Take the extra odds it’s a winning play over time.
I’m trying not to go with my heart, I do not want a repeat champion.I took the KC ML.
He’d likely be one of the better pass rushers Garrett has had opposite of him in his career. He fits best as a 9 tech and Schwartz plays a ton of that look. He would be a double digit sack guy for the Browns.I'm not sure the browns would use him to his strengths in Jim's system
