->Both teams get a lotta hate.<- But good teams are gonna get that anyways...

Yeah but only one team deserves it. The 49ers because they're in California!! Oh shit you live there, my bad.

Okay I'll try this. Fuck the Chiefs, am I right? Wait that doesn't work either.

I usually root for the AFC. No reason to change things up.

Mostly agree....but despite a ton of saves he was not that great last year....I'm sure you know he had a bunch of saves because he got a lot of chances. I wouldn't consider this selling high, but I get it.
right.....he had a lot of bad luck too last year --- I mean- and I think he is likely to bounce back this year. And I mean- Francona did ride his bullpen so hard. I think bringing in Barlow was a good move since they wont have to ride Clase and Stephen so hard.

Maybe even Karinchak bounces back and the bullpen becomes something special. That is a guy I just cant figure out. He can look freaking amazing and then just fall apart.

@trojanfan12 this makes a lot of sense. Chip just wants to coach, not have to recruit. The NIL is the reason he wants out of head coaching.

"I wrote at the time that Kelly was more likely to end up at UCLA. He's always been an offensive innovator. Even when his Oregon teams were at their peak, he seemed more interested in drawing up plays than recruiting kids to play in his offense. His approach to recruiting didn't make sense for what Florida wanted, as Dan Mullen later found out, and UCLA felt like a better fit for Kelly."

And this is why Ohio State.....only after O'Brien got the BC job.

"In pivoting from O'Brien to Kelly, whose move from being the head coach at UCLA to being the offensive coordinator at Ohio State will come with a significant pay cut, Day is reuniting with a mentor, a friend and someone who coached him during his own playing career at New Hampshire from 1998-2001. He later joined Kelly's coaching staffs with the Eagles (2015, quarterbacks coach) and 49ers (2016, quarterbacks coach) before the Buckeyes hired him as their co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach seven years ago, toward the latter stages of Meyer's tenure. Day and Kelly have remained close, and in close contact, ever since."

Talent won't be a problem in Columbus. Be interested to see what his offense looks likes.

That fella has a screw loose. Here are just two examples of his unmatched homerism.

The University of Minnesota gets credit for the natty's Bud Wilkinson won at OK because he was a Gopher. And because they won 3 natty's between 1936 and 1941 they are a true blue blood CFB program.

Somebody has to close and he’s got a great great contract. Hes one of the top 2-3 bullpen arms in all of baseball and his AAV is like 5 million. That’s the kind of contract that a bargain franchise should be coveting. If it’s a situation where they’re just trying to entertain the possibility of a blow me away offer, that’s another thing. Maybe it’s that.
all I can think as they badly need some hitters, preferably OFers. Though not sure why they are selling low which they kind of are with him.
