Dude you are clueless on this. Riley is an offensive guy, Venables is the proven best defensive guy in the country. They couldnt be more different. This game was 34-30, not 52-49. Ou was averaging giving up less than 10 pts a game. Trust me Venables is the last person we need to worry about knowing the defense has to be better. It is getting there. Jeez.

Saw something last night that said BOTH Texas & OU had top 7 defensive teams this season entering the game

USC isn't close to having a defense that good ( not that they need one) but yeah pretty stupid compairson
