That shit was hilarious. Unbelievably stupid. Also he had a player open towards the bench in the direction the trap was coming from. Could have fit the pass around the defender or if you're gonna launch it 100 ft in the air LEEEEEEROY JEEENKINS style, might as well throw it in the direction of the guy that's open. Or don't dribble to the corner to begin with. Or call a timeout. Or throw it off a defender. It was laughably bad.

The open player near the bench wasn’t really a great option though. At least not after the trap got there, which was pretty early after the catch.

Agree on that. He needs a better decision there. I don’t know as much as TLance but I consider either corner on press break to be danger zones and advantage defense. 1) I don’t want the ball going there. That’s where the defense wants it. 2) Once it’s there and he’s stuck I want a time out, let’s talk about it and reset the play. If you don’t have time outs, I want the player to be strong with the ball and throw it off one of the trapping defenders.

22 years ago today Marvin O’Connor of Simon Gratz High School and Saint Joseph’s University took 1 seed Stanford to OT with his 39 points. This was my wedding day and also the inception of the Fighting Funbags Mush. I promised my wife that I wouldn’t be watching the game and instead I would be doing the wedding shit. My groomsman comes to me on the dance floor and says Marvin hit a huge shot and the Hawks are in OT. I broke my first promise of our marriage (not the last) and left the dance floor to go to the bar of the hotel where half the wedding had gathered and started The Hawk Will Never Die Chant and watched OT. Hawks didn’t score a point haha. St Joe lost but I got the big dubb. 22 years of wedded bliss

Yep, don't think I said anything on here, but I have to admit that I kind of laughed when they hired Leprechaun looking Cronin because I didn't think it would work.

Clearly I was wrong. lol

Between Riley, Kelly, Cronin and Enfield...USC/UCLA football and basketball games should be a lot of fun going forward.

The NFC is weak, go for it. It comes down to Fields but they did a lot to help him. If they were in the AFC it would be a different story for them but this can be a competitive team in the NFC if Fields is better than average.
