Wills started off decent. Thomas started off awful. Thomas grew and now is legit. Wills hasn’t grown at all

Not really.

There was no consensus top QB that year. Not much separating the top 4 in the eyes of the scouts.

Most rankings I saw either had Allen or Darnold at the top. The Browns went off script a bit taking Baker.

I am not saying Allen was the easy pick at 1, but there were at least a few teams would have picked him at 1.

Playing at Wyoming and his completion % hurt him.

And he got coached up pretty good in Buffalo by Daboll. His rookie season he didn't look good at all. Improved in his 2nd and took off in his 3rd.

Yea. His pass pro grade has gotten worse each year

And Jacoby is a bit more mobile (not that that necessarily helps with pressures) than Baker.

I thought Wills was going to workout but I personally wanted Andrew Thomas. Doubt Wills is signed long-term

Back to that fantasy QB discussion last night. Watch this weather. Seems like there is record cold all around the country. When it’s this cold the ball gets super hard. Additionally, when hands get cold they tighten up and it’s not by a huge factor but the surface area of your hands is slightly reduced. Long story short, it’s going to be difficult to throw and catch the football today. Another factor: it sucks tackling in the extreme cold. When it gets this cold you want to be the tackle breaker and not the tackler. All of this leads to this fantasy decision. Value backs playing outside and in the cold today. Value QBs WRs and TEs that are indoors or somehow are in a location that has avoided this arctic blast. It’s Fucking -21 wind chill in Cleveland today. Da fuq!!!

Carr is playing at night outdoors as well. I lost fantasy playoffs last week but would be screwed this week even if I was alive.

Every game is different but Minshew takes care of the ball as well. Saw he’s 41 TDs to 12 INT in his career. Last year’s Jets start with Minshew Miles Sanders got 24 touches. He may be a good option today. Minshew throws to RBs more than Hurts does.

Sanders is the best play from the Eagles IMO
