He once said Minnesota football is on par with N.D. historically. He's so delusional he thinks because of the success the Gophers had in the mid 30's & early 40's that means historically. What a goofball.

Yeah, except he is wrong.

He didn’t lose his job due to injury.

He lost his job because when he got hurt, his backup proved to be better than him.

Imagine if Bill Belicek had said, “you know what Tom, you played great for us. But Drew Bledsoe is the starter and you can’t lose your spot to injury. Back to the r bench you go!”

Man, I love these NFL preview shows. You just get to learn so much if you’re a student of the game. For instance, members of the Vikings secondary just informed me that an NFL locker room is having fun when the team is 8-1. This is hard hitting stuff you just don’t see coming. Who would have thought that winning is more fun than losing? Additionally, when speaking about their goals this week as they get ready to face the Cowboys, they would prefer to win over the outcome of losing the game. Let’s go back to the studio.

I have never seen a CFB fan of any team be asked what makes their team relevant right now and the answer involves the 1900's, 30's, 40's, hockey, basketball and baseball.
