Is there a right or wrong way to do a curl with a weight. I’ve been doing them for awhile with a 20 pound weight and am seeing no results

You can do a ton of workouts with a 20 lb weight. Id advise looking up dumbbell workouts. Just doing curls won't do as much.

That’s my alma mater. Best Hawks team of my lifetime. What a ride. I was in the Meadowlands for the Wake Forest game when they beat CP3. Was also there when the Hawks blew an 18 point halftime lead to Eddie Cheatin Sutton and Oklahoma St. Crack head Johnny Lucas son hit a corner 3 after a scramble off a mishandle and near turnover. Drove the 90 minutes home from the Meadowlands with my wife in complete silence. She said that’s the only time she’s ever been worried about me over sports haha.
