GTFOH with this nonsense. Mitch isn't stupid enough to give him that.

Max he should get and that's generous......8-10 million per season. And that's more than he's actually worth.

He will if the top tier free agents sign elsewhere. Barnes won't be an immediate priority, but if Derozan stays (possible with their recent success), Whiteside and Horford go elsewhere, he'll get strong consideration. The deal will have to be substantial because the Warriors retain matching rights. If Barnes signs for 8-10M per year, the Warriors will snap call on matching.

Not anymore, DJ.

Mid level guys are gonna be bringing home $10mil next year.

Barnes is gonna get Whiteside money, deservedly, or not.

$20 million.....

Thank you.

So many Teams have money.

Once the big fish are gone, he's gonna get his.

Depending on what happens with the draft, I'll add the Suns to the list of possible suitors.

Why y'all so down on Barnes? He's an ideal small forward. He has the length and athleticism. He can shoot from deep and get to the rim. He can play defense. I think he's easily worth the contract Golden State offered that he turned down. He's barely 24 yo and can certainly improve. Can he handle being a top option would be the question that I have.

there are a few options out there......we'll see.

Not really..

There is Rondo, doesn't want to play the triangle

Jennings......Uh, probably should have drafted him to begin with.

Conley, not coming....

The drop off after that is substantial.....unless you like Drunk Ass Ty Lawson?

That mid-range isn't flukey but that is his season-high in points (had one game last year over 20 points, that being 21 points) and there were multiple occasions a player had a hand in the face but that shot it pretty hard to block no matter who you have on him. On one play Kyrie just missed the ball and Livingston swished it. His mid-range is crazy good but that game won't happen again...just sayin lol

That was Livingston's 9th game of his career he scored over 20 points or more. Never scored over 25 in his career

I am not trying to make the argument that Livingston is going to drop 20 + every game. He is a role player. A good bench guy. But the interviews last night from the players and coaches said they were willing to give up that Livingston jumper. That is a bad call. That is my sole point. You will lost if he gets 8-10 clean mid ranges a game. He sucked vs OKC because OKC has length and athleticism. Cleveland doesn't really have the length OKC does. The best way to beat the Warriors team is with length because of their range and athleticism.

Personally, OKC matches up really well with GSW. You guys don't. But I think you guys are a terrible matchup for OKC. Had the Thunder won, I think you guys would win this series.

I'm not..well, not really.

If you don't draft Ingram, he's great.

If you draft Ingram, do you really want a $20 mil a year placeholder?

Save yourself some money and just sign Deng or Bazemore.

Agree. What happens in the draft is important. Ingram would be the future at that spot so better to spend the money elsewhere.

Rivers is a FA? He played pretty well for the Clipps this past season and in the postseason. They won't be able to keep him?

Yep, he's a free agent, opted out yesterday.

No, we can't afford him.

He's gone.

He'd be a decent fallback for the 76ers , if they draft Simmons and don't trade for Teague.

Simmons can play point forward like the Greek Freak and Draymond.

I bet Brandon Jennings ends up in NY. He'd be the perfect PG (within reason of course considering the PG options available to them) to run Hornacek's up-tempo offense.

Aldrich opted out as well. Doc has plenty of work to do this summer.

Any idea why the Cav's don't use Mozgov at all ? He was so good in last years finals when the Cav's were short handed.... Did the guy regress since last year or something ? Or is he hurt ?
