Matter of opinion. Top 5 is pretty set in stone but it's all up for grabs after that. I don't have lebron in the top 10 right now.

Pretty sure the Bird argument has already come up but I'll just say that I agree that this Finals means something for Lebron and leave it at that.

As bad as Lebron being 2-5 is, he only really is at fault for the 2011 finals. In 2007 that Cavs team had no business in the finals. Very bad team. In 2014, the Spurs were just better. In 2015 he didn't have his top 2 players. Do you guys think Warriors beat the Cavs if they only had Steph while Klay and Dray were in suits on the bench while the Cavs had their guys all healthy? This season (assuming they lose) is just a repeat of 2014

I have him and Kobe hovering in the 9-10 range.

He has had a major hand in the formation of every roster he has been to the finals with except the first one with the Cavs. That makes him largely responsible for his own failure.

Its not excuses. Its the truth. In a best of 7 series the better team almost always win. The 2014 Spurs were better than the Heat. Lebron did his best. Are we expecting him to avg 55 PPG or something? Seriously

I would love for you guys to find one team last year who would beat the Warriors at full strength without their 2nd and 3rd best player. I'll be waiting.

And FTR the only finals I give him an excuse for is 2007 and 2015. I don't think pointing out that the 2014 Spurs and 2016 Warriors were the better overall team is an excuse. It is more of a fact
