Who compared basketball to baseball?

Saying Lebron will eventually be top 10. He is already top 10 and been top 10 for at least the last 3 years now
Pretty sure the Bird argument has already come up but I'll just say that I agree that this Finals means something for Lebron and leave it at that.MJ, Magic, Kareem, Shaq, Kobe, Timmy, Wilt, Bird and Russell are out of reach because of his soon-to-be 2-5 record.
I agree, some of you guys are being way too hard on LeBron. When he said "not 1, not 2..", he didn't mean championships he meant Finals losses. He's right on track.

As bad as Lebron being 2-5 is, he only really is at fault for the 2011 finals. In 2007 that Cavs team had no business in the finals. Very bad team. In 2014, the Spurs were just better. In 2015 he didn't have his top 2 players. Do you guys think Warriors beat the Cavs if they only had Steph while Klay and Dray were in suits on the bench while the Cavs had their guys all healthy? This season (assuming they lose) is just a repeat of 2014
I think the more interesting legacy card is going to be what happens if the Warriors win again and Curry isn't the Finals MVP
I have him and Kobe hovering in the 9-10 range.
Just stop with the excuses already. It's sad that a supposed top 10 player has to have excuses made for his failures. He has had a major hand in the formation of every roster he has been to the finals with except the first one with the Cavs. That makes him largely responsible for his own failure.
Yes......totally. Trust me on this one. I've seen your posts long enough here to know this and if we set up a debate.....she'd embarrass you.
Its not excuses. Its not the truth. In a best of 7 series the better team almost always win. The 2014 Spurs were better than the Heat. Lebron did his best. Are we expecting him to avg 55 PPG or something? Seriously
I would love for you guys to find one team last year who would beat the Warriors at full strength without their 2nd and 3rd best player. I'll be waiting.
I'm all for blaming Lebron when he doesn't show up but the only finals where he really didn't show up was 2011 vs Dallas. In every other finals he did his part. Basketball is a team sport. This isn't golf or tennis
It's fucking excuses.
No one makes excuses for Magic and Byron being out against the Pistons. No one makes excuses for Magic getting a Lakers team to the finals that had no business getting there against the Bulls.
No one makes excuses for Kobe when Bynum was out injured in 2008.
No one makes any excuses for Jerry West being 1-8 in the finals.
No one makes excuses for Bird losing to the Lakers in the finals with a bad back and old team.
As for losing to better teams, Lebron has had a major hand in building the roster of every team he's been to the finals with except the first one in Cleveland. So yes, it's on him.
I actually did make that excuse for Kobe back on CBS.
They're bad but they're not the reason the Warriors lose. The game you're referring to the Thunder were up 25 or 27 at halftime. I'm sorry but bad refs doesn't get you down by nearly 30 at halftime
Well, you're the only one. I don't know of any Lakers fans that did and Kobe sure as hell didn't. He took the loss like a man and made sure the Lakers came back and got the next 2.
I know dude, I was there

Anybody want to bet on the game tonight (via the betting exchange)?
100 says the Cavs win game 2.
