I can't believe people don't have a major problem with Dirk being number 6.

Kobe, on the other hand, I'm sure you're fine with despite Dallas playing the Spurs better than anyone and Dirk shooting .500 FG% for the year scoring over 20pts a game

Is Paul George not on any of these lists because he's injured? Because if not, then all of you are not men and do not deserve to ever watch sports again.

Seeing that Russ has Melo at #13 and Noah above him lets me know this list is bullshit.

Dirk's good and has accomplished alot. But yeah, number 6 is way too high. He and Melo should be switching spots on Russ's list.

Noah won defensive player of the year- and is the leader of the best defense in the league- and led his team to a very good record and the playoffs despite Rose being out

Noah is an EXTREMELY valuable player in my opinion-

Melo should be in his prime- and did not make the playoffs in the extremely weak East -- having him in the top 10 just seemed wrong

the Buls won 48 games- the Knicks 37....the best player on each team was clearly Noah and Melo-

Noah won the DPOY award- and had 12 pts 11 boards and 5 assists a game- that is damn impressive

I give Melo a lot of credit saying hes the 13th best player on the league when he should be at the height of his prime and only won 37 games in the East

Not to beat a dead horse, but just looking at PG position, I'm not sure why you feel Kyrie deserves to be above several of them.
Especially when you are limiting it to this years expectation.
I could only imagine some of those other players running the floor with James.

I'm still curious though, if James plays with any of them, who has the ball in their hands the last 6 minutes of the game?

Uh, if Kobe is healthy, then I don't mind him being in the top 10. Lets not forget he was 1st team all nba right before he got hurt.

But I get it, since Dirk Mavs played the champs better than anybody else, then I guess Dirk > KD

The point is, I don't care if the Mavs and Dirk had a great series, that doesn't make him number #6.

This is a personal opinion. Don't get your panties in a bunch...

And I'm saying his opinion is bullshit. My jimmies are not rustled one bit. Mind your own business if you have a problem with it.

Chicago's defensive system allows the Bulls to win the amount of games that they do. Chicago had other quality players around Noah like Butler and Boozer. It's not like Noah was doing this all by himself.

Melo is not far behind Durant as far terms of player rankings. While Noah's stats are decent, I think Melo's average of 27.4 PPG 8.1 RPG and 3.1 APG are more impressive. Tyson Chandler missed a good chunk of the season and the Knicks roster was just a dumpster fire which is why I don't put much stock into player rankings when comparing Melo and Noah.

Point being - Melo is better than Noah. That's the debate.
