Penny is not the leader of my team. LeBron and Kareem are. Do you honestly think physical play would not favor LeBron? Cmon man. Magic can back Penny and Cooper down all he wants, but he still has to deal with Kareem, Unseld and Jones. Since you have so many no shooters, help will be easy to find.

Since the 90s, there have only been 2 or 3 teams who have won championships with a point guard as their best player.

That's because Magic hasn't been around in that time frame. Magic would be winning 5 championships a decade now too my friend....
Physical play.. Rodman would show LBJ physical play...King James would need a box of Charmin for all the tears he'd cry to the refs...

PF - Chris Webber vs Karl Malone
C - Hakeem Olajuwon vs Bill Walton

BENCH
PG/SG - Ron Harper vs Derek Harper (well that worked out lol)
SG - Eddie Jones vs Rod Strickland
SF - Tayshaun Prince vs Kirilenko
PF - Horace Grant vs Larry Johnson
C - Tyson Chandler vs Walt Bellamy

Ok first off. Kobe (great defender) won't be guarding Ray Ray the whole game so save the rant lol. Eddie Jones will be guarding him mainly, Iggy and Jones will split minutes. Iggy will mainly be guarding King, Iggy is a great one-on-one defender and can limit King, who is his best all-around scorer in his backcourt. Webber is quick enough to stay with Malone, but Malone was great so he will get his. I think Hakeem is a big mismatch in this one as well as Kobe. Ray Allen is a pretty good defender and underrated but him having to guard Kobe will take a big toll. Also, Paul and Webber in the pick-in-roll would be very dangerous. CWebb was a very good mid-range shooter.

I have 4 great defenders (one underappreciated) in my starting lineup. Paul, Kobe, Iggy and Hakeem. Then I have Paul and Jones (38% 3 pt shooter and pretty good defender) to shoot the 3 ball, also Prince shot 37% in his career, he adds a lanky defender to my bench as well. I think my team has balance and I think offensively and defensively Mebert's really put together team could not keep up.

Depends on who was on his team. He surely would not have had as much talent surrounding him as he did for the Showtime Lakers.

Magic was an all time great, but he Kareem and LeBron all belong in the small group behind Jordan, and I have 2 of those guys.

Matchups vs. UK:

Penny on Magic- advantage Magic, but size is mitigated by lack of floor spacing
Richmond on Thompson- Richmond provides spacing, Thompson is 1 more slasher
LeBron on Baylor- ideal player to guard Elgin. 3 inches, 25 pounds + explosive edge
Unseld on Rodman- Wes' job is to play help and keep the worm off the boards
Kareem on Dwight- Kareem eats Dwight for breakfast

Key bench players for this game:
Michael Cooper: will be used for his defense on Magic and possibly Ginobili
Dale Ellis: will mainly spilt time with Richmond, but there may be times where both shooters are deployed against the second unit.
Caldwell Jones: will back up both big spots. I am likely to stay big against UK, but could steal a few minutes with LeBron at the 4 against his second unit.
Lever/Rose: will each be given spot minutes and could be used for a spell against Magic. Rose brings size, Lever brings muscle.

Why my team will win: poor floor spacing (no shooting) in UKs starting lineup won't allow his guards any room to penetrate. Baylor may be a great rebounder, but not against Wes who is bigger and stronger. Unseld does damage on the boards and there is no answer for Kareem.

My bench might not have a big name like McAdoo, but they all fit their roles perfectly. Minutes will be staggered so that either Kareem or Wes is always on the court, and LeBron will play 40 minutes, but will never rest at the same time as Kareem.
