Fair enough. Remember the emphasis is on "prior to" a game. It extends well beyond this site but we'll have to see what the future holds.

Well, the Vikings don't play the Bears until week 17. They play the Dolphins next week.

However, how about this instead. The Vikings lose to the Seahawks tomorrow, then the Dolphins next week. Then they lose to the Bears week 17 and the Packers sneak into the playoffs at 8-7-1.
