I was in Boston traffic yesterday as a passenger and saw more than 1/2 the other drivers on their cell phones.
Yes it is against the law.
How about putting a disable on all cell phones while moving, would you find that acceptable?
I would as a motorcycle rider.

Google tells me average age for a first time parent is about 26 years. That would make them 39 by the time they have a 13 year old (on average). But I suspect the trailer trash parents, who birth at even younger ages, are the ones with kids eating tide pods.

yes, I do drive on the highway and look at those around me. I also think I am a pretty safe driver.

maybe cell phone providers will put in some kind of safety feature, but I would imagine it is easily disabled, like a GPS or whatever. You just say you are a passenger.

If a phone call is connected in a moving vehicle, then it should automatically disable the car and lock the steering wheel. That will keep us safer.
