150 is cruising man, can't say I've ever gone that fast. I've done 135 a few times and used to drive a 100 routinely when I lived in NM. Had a Hemi Charger for a rental a few days before Easter and that fucking car was brutal. I wound it up a little over a hundred a couple times on my way to Boston, but the traffic was moderate and I didn't really have the room to unleash it fully.

One morning I had to pick the daughter up at a friends house 25 miles away and used the wife`s Chrysler 300 to go get her..........The football games started in less than an hour and wanted to get back to watch them........I drove her car 140 mph with speed left to go before before I let off........All I can say is "holy shit that's fast".
I am so lucky an animal,car or some bicyclilsts didn`t jump out in fron of me........It would have been over with quickly for all of us.........those telephonepoles were going by very quickly.

Will jnot ever happen again..............Although I`ve had my Vette up to 125 a couple of times since.

Have you driven one yet? My first time was hilarious.... (always set your seat position 1st) i punched it at a stop sign to see if the tires would break free... they didnt... it threw me back in the seat....which pulled my foot off the gas which lunged me forward back on the gas... and than rince repeat like a pinball...was very funny. Mustangs never did that to me.

I traded it for a 2011 GrandSport......

I loved them ever since I was a kid.

It was the 1976 Stingray that got me hooked.
And the trick for me to break the tires is I put it in sport mode,the little button next to the shifter,it`ll get you sideways with a nice black stripe.......Place of work has a couple of stripes coming out of the exit............Not too sure the owner is happy about it,but hey when the co-workers ask,I let`er rip once in awhile.
And in another year from this summer upgrading to a 14 or 15..........It`ll have to be a StingRay or a GrandSport........z06 is way too expensive and I don`t need all that power.....It`ll do nothing but get my ass introuble....

Roll racing on the turnpike they usually go from 60 to 160. Easy when boosted but NA mustangs take forever to get up there. Too heavy.

I've had both my Germans (S55 AMG, Audi S4) up to their no faster limits of 155 MPH (250 KPH). They got there quickly enough and could have easily stayed there and likely gone higher.

Stable. Straight.

Plenty fast enough for me.
