Lots of game left down in Texas but don't feel good about the M's team pulling their finger out and doing something. Thought it interesting they interviewed Banister but next interview with Edgar. Servais again not taking out a struggling pitcher. All of those weapons they picked up, and the ONLY time he will use them is in a close game. He won't try to salvage a game by switching things up.

Sam Tuivailala has been diagnosed with a strained right Achilles tendon.

Tuivailala suffered the injury during a rundown in the sixth inning of Wednesday's game against the Rangers. It could very well be a season-ender for the 25-year-old reliever, who was picked up from the Cardinals four days before the July 31 trade deadline. He owns a 3.41 ERA and 30 strikeouts in 37 innings this year between Seattle and St. Louis.
